Le Creuset Stoneware provides exceptional thermal resistance and maintains even temperature when cooking to prevent scorching. Care & Use – All Le Creuset Stoneware is safe for use in the microwave, freezer, fridge, dishwasher, oven and grill. The maximum oven-safe temperature is 260°C and a distance of 6.5cm should be maintained between the top of the item and the heating element.
