The following terms & conditions apply to all orders & transactions conducted on the Smyth Patterson website. Please take a few minutes to read through each section.
Bosch Retail Cashback Promotion
20.08.2025 – 23.09.2025
1. The Bosch Cashback Promotion is the offer by the Promoter of a cashback of up to £150 (the “Gift”) to purchasers on purchases of selected Bosch models. Claims are valid for purchases made between 20th August 2025 and 23rd September 2025 and for which the Promoter has received a completed and valid claim 30 days after purchase and by midnight 4th November 2025. Consumers can register their claim when the product is purchased, however this claim will not be validated before 30 days after purchase date. Please note that Purchasers will be able to choose their Gift during the redemption process and that the Gift will be in the form of either:
- a. A BACS Transfer (only available for online claims) or
- b. Cheque which will be delivered to the address provided on the claim form
2. No other offers can be claimed in conjunction with the Bosch Cashback Promotion, excluding the 5 Year Warranty Promotion. For more information on the 5 Year Warranty Promotion visit https://www.bosch-home.co.uk/customer-service/warranty.

5. Purchases of graded, seconds, replacements and imperfect products are excluded from the Promotion.
6. All appliances purchased on a trade or contract basis (i.e. non consumer purchases) are excluded from the Promotion.
7. The promotion is open to residents aged 18 and over of the United Kingdom, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland only.
8. The Promotion, which starts on 20th August 2025 and runs until 23rd September 2025, both days inclusive, only applies to purchases made on or between these dates. The Promoter must receive a completed and valid claim 30 days after purchase and by midnight 4th November 2025. Consumers can register their claim when the product is purchased, however this claim will not be validated before 30 days after purchase date.
9. The Promotion is offered via participating retailers only and only participating retailers will have the official advertising literature.
10. How to Claim:
- a. In order to claim the Gift, claimants must fully complete the online claim form (including full Receipt, photograph of ENR number and full address). The online claim form is available on www.bosch-home.co.uk/retail-cashback. A claim form can also be downloaded from www.bosch-home.co.uk/retail-cashback and submitted by post to 'Bosch Cashback Promotion’, The Cow Shed, Walnut Tree Farm, Lower Stretton, Cheshire WA4 4PG.
- b. Claims must be received by the Promoter no later than midnight on the 4th November 2025 and the Promoter will not accept any claims received subsequently.
- c. If an ENR number cannot be provided at the time of the claim because the appliance has not been delivered by 4th November 2025, please state when the delivery is expected and complete the claim after delivery has taken place and before 18th November 2025. Claims and Supporting evidence received after the 18th November 2025 will not be accepted.
- d. A copy of original purchase receipts must be provided for claim forms. For the avoidance of doubt, copies of deposit receipts and/or order confirmations will not be accepted. Purchasers can call the helpline 01565 656 257. A photograph of the ENR panel is required for both online and postal claims. Claims will not be accepted until a photograph of the ENR panel is provided.
- e. Invoice must include the order date. Invoices without the order date will not be accepted.
11. Claims are posted at claimants risk and proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to investigate and undertake all such action, as is reasonable, to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims including, without limitation, to require claimants to provide further verification as to proof of purchase. In addition, the Promoter reserves the right to reject those claims which are, in their opinion, fraudulent or invalid.
13. The Cashback will not be paid in the event that the product purchased is returned to the relevant retailer.
14. Claims on purchases made on Amazon and supplied by a third party will not be accepted. Only claims for products sold and distributed directly by Amazon will be accepted through Amazon purchases.
15. Claimants should allow up to 3 weeks for dispatch of the Cheque and 28 days for the release of the Bank Transfer funds, from the date of the Promoter’s confirmation of claim approval.
16. The Claimant will provide the correct bank account details. In the event that payment is made to an incorrect bank account due to the Claimant’s submission of incorrect bank account details, the Promotor shall have no responsibility and these funds will not be retrieved.
17. All claim forms and copy purchase order receipts, once received by the Promoter, will become its property and will not be returned to claimants therefore please ensure you keep a copy. The decision of the Promoter in all matters is final and binding and no correspondence shall be entered into.
18. By submitting a claim, claimants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
19. In the unlikely event that a claimant is unhappy with their Bosch appliance and wishes to return it for a full refund, such refund is conditional upon return of the Gift i.e. the cashback.
20. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, extend or amend the terms of this promotion at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.

22. The Promotion is subject to the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
23. The Promoter is Bosch Home Appliances, a division of BSH Home Appliances Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company registration no.01844007, whose registered office is at Grand Union House, Old Wolverton Road, Wolverton, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, MK12 5PT, UK.

25. Personal data collected for the purposes of the Promotion only and will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the Promotor’s privacy policy, available at https://www.bosch-home.co.uk/data-protection-information
26. The Promotor and Data Controller, as defined in the General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) is BSH Home Appliances Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company registration number 01844007 with registered office at Grand Union House, Old Wolverton Road, Wolverton, Milton Keynes, MK12 5PT, United Kingdom.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards through our secure online sagepay method of payment. All prices displayed on our website are in Sterling. If purchased with a currency other than Sterling, your credit card company will apply their current exchange rate. Depending on your arrangement with them they may apply additional credit card fees & commissions.
Orders
When you place an order we will email you acknowledging receipt of your order. Your contract to purchase will not be complete until we send you an email to indicate the item has been dispatched. We reserve the right, at any time in the order process, to decline any order, portion of it or quantity of product ordered.
Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges
You may cancel your order in writing within fourteen days of receipt of goods for a full refund of the purchase value, provided the goods are returned to us unused, in good condition and in the original packaging. Shipping charges and any custom duties are non-refundable. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Smyth Patterson reserve the right to charge for resending goods if a package is returned to us due to failure of delivery. Your right to return products does not apply to goods made to your specification, that have been clearly personalized or by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
General
Whilst every effort is taken to provide accurate and up-to-date information on this website, it is intended for guidance only. Products, prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Offer price is when a product is a sale or clearance item and has been previously sold on-line or in-store at the higher price. Any pricing queries should be emailed to websales@smythpatterson.co.uk. Colours and measurements should be taken for guidance only. By using this website you are agreeing to our terms and conditions described here. All purchases from Smyth Patterson are subject to Northern Ireland law and we reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Where a product is shown as part of a group, the item described is the item offered for sale.
- Agreement to Terms
1.1 These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (you), Smyth Patterson Ltd, located at 18 Market Square, Lisburn, Northern Ireland, BT28 1AF (we, us), concerning your access to and use of the Smyth Patterson Ltd website as well as any related applications (the Site).
The Site provides the following services: Selling products to customers. You agree that by accessing the Site and/or Services, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with all of these Terms and Conditions, then you are prohibited from using the Site and Services and you must discontinue use immediately. We recommend that you print a copy of these Terms and Conditions for future reference.
1.2 The supplemental policies set out in Section 1.7 below, as well as any supplemental terms and condition or documents that may be posted on the Site from time to time, are expressly incorporated by reference.
1.3 We may make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version of these Terms and Conditions will be indicated by an updated "Revised" date and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible. 1.4 We may update or change the Site from time to time to reflect changes to our products, our users' needs and/or our business priorities.
1.5 Our site is directed to people residing in the United Kingdom. The information provided on the Site is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country.

2.3 As a user of this Site, you agree not to:

3.2 If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, we may suspend or terminate your account. We may remove or change a user name you select if we determine that such user name is inappropriate.

5.1 Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and Services including source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (Our Content) are owned or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trade mark laws.
5.2 Except as expressly provided in these Terms and Conditions, no part of the Site, Services or Our Content may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without our express prior written permission.
5.3 Provided that you are eligible to use the Site, you are granted a limited licence to access and use the Site and Our Content and to download or print a copy of any portion of the Content to which you have properly gained access solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

We will not be responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such delay or failure is caused by an event beyond our reasonable control.
- Term and Termination
10.1 These Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Site or Services or are otherwise a user of the Site, as applicable. You may terminate your use or participation at any time, for any reason, by following the instructions for terminating user accounts in your account settings, if available, or by contacting us at sales@smythpatterson.com
10.2 Without limiting any other provision of these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to, in our sole discretion and without notice or liability, deny access to and use of the Site and the Services (including blocking certain IP addresses), to any person for any reason including without limitation for breach of any representation, warranty or covenant contained in these Terms and Conditions or of any applicable law or regulation.
If we determine, in our sole discretion, that your use of the Site/Services is in breach of these Terms and Conditions or of any applicable law or regulation, we may terminate your use or participation in the Site and the Services or delete your profile and any content or information that you posted at any time, without warning, in our sole discretion.
10.3 If we terminate or suspend your account for any reason set out in this Section 9, you are prohibited from registering and creating a new account under your name, a fake or borrowed name, or the name of any third party, even if you may be acting on behalf of the third party. In addition to terminating or suspending your account, we reserve the right to take appropriate legal action, including without limitation pursuing civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.

11.1 Visiting the Site, sending us emails, and completing online forms constitute electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide to you electronically, via email and on the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing.

11.3 Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision.
11.4 We may assign any or all of our rights and obligations to others at any time.
11.5 We shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, delay or failure to act caused by any cause beyond our reasonable control.
11.6 If any provision or part of a provision of these Terms and Conditions is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision or part of the provision is deemed severable from these Terms and Conditions and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
11.7 There is no joint venture, partnership, employment or agency relationship created between you and us as a result of these Terms and Conditions or use of the Site or Services.
11.8 A person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions.
